Ordered knee supplement from Facebook, got hair skin nails pills instead

I saw a video on Facebook about some supplement that was supposed to help people with knee problems. The whole video was all about knee pain and how people got better using this stuff. Nothing at all about nerves or neuropathy or hair skin and nails. Nothing.

So I ordered it. When the package showed up from BH EVER, POBOX 12730, OGDEN, UT 84412-2730, the packing slip inside said I got 6 bottles of NERVETIN-FORMULA-2 and it says DESCRIPTION NERVETIN (HAIR SKIN NAILS WHITE BOTTLE). I paid through Paypal which charged my credit card. I feel so stupid and I am so angry.
