Towing company charged my card way more than the quote

I called a tow truck company and they said they would have someone call me back. Then this other company called BH Towing at 213-341-2798 called me. They gave me a price of $220 to tow my car. So I said okay. But when they ran my credit card they charged me $350 instead.

I tried calling them back so many times. All I get is this message saying "operators are busy leave a message." They advertise as a 24/7 emergency towing service. How does that work if nobody ever picks up? I just want the extra money back.
