Ordered a Bible study once and now being charged every month

I ordered a single Bible study, just one. Now they are charging me monthly for something I didn't sign up for. I never agreed to any subscription or anything like that.

There is no contact info anywhere to stop the charges. No phone number, no email, no website. I have no way to get ahold of them. I've been charged about $280 total so far and it keeps happening. I just want it to stop.
