Signed up for Bicupid and they kept taking money after canceling

I signed up for Bicupid and then canceled my subscription. I canceled it several times, got emails saying it was canceled, even got confirmation it was canceled. But every single month they kept taking money out of my bank account automatically anyway. I lost about $250 total from this.

I don't know how they can keep doing that when I have proof I canceled. I emailed them too and they said it was taken care of but it wasn't. Still kept getting charged.
