Ordered a product two years ago and still have nothing

I ordered from Bicyclebooth.com almost two years ago. They kept telling me the product was coming. It never did.

Then, about four months ago, they said a refund was coming. I still haven't gotten the refund either. I'm out over $76 and I have nothing to show for it. I tried contacting support at their email but got nowhere.
