Got a strange email about my order asking for a PayPal payment

I was trying to fix a problem with an order I placed on bigdasport.com. I got this email back from them about my order, number BIGDA268380. It says they're happy I contacted them. Then it tells me to send money to a PayPal address, [email protected]. They said to choose 'pay as friend'.

They want me to send a screenshot after I pay so they can check it and make a new order. They said the resend would take 15 to 25 business days. The whole thing felt off. I never got my original order and now they're asking for a payment to a personal email before they'll do anything. It just doesn't make sense for a company.
