Took $1500 for home repairs and never finished anything

This guy Bill offered to do some small repair services around my house. He said he could fix a few things for me. Over about four months I gave him $1500 total and he kept saying he would come back to finish the work.

He never did. No work was ever completed at all. He just took the money and kept promising to show up again but never did. His phone number is (306) 250-3144 and he gave me an address at 150 princton cres w in Lethbridge AB Canada. I just want people to know what happened.
