Paid $533 in cash and garage door still broken

They say they are locally owned and operated but all they have is a dispatch number. There's no one you can actually talk to about any issues. No physical address or local location anywhere that I could find.

The guy they sent out said he fixed the garage door and he wanted cash. Said it would be an extra $100 if I used a credit card. So I paid $533 in cash. Then later I realized the garage door was not fixed at all.

I tried calling to get someone to come back or give me my money back. No one ever picked up or called me back. Now I have to pay someone else to come fix it.

Getting harassing calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting these calls from 888-269-4978 about some loan I never applied for. They're calling me and even my family members, multiple times a day. It's harassment. They say I owe money but I have no idea what they're talking about. I never signed up for any loan with them, ever.

They are very aggressive on the phone and it's causing a lot of stress. I just want them to stop calling me immediately and take my number off their list.
