Two orders paid for priority shipping but nothing was shipped

I placed two orders on Thursday, 6/18. I paid for priority shipping. I got an email saying my order was shipped, but when I checked with the postal service, they said the company hasn't even created a shipping label yet. So it hasn't actually shipped. I just want my money back. I lost $144.87. I'm not expecting to ever get those orders at this point. I want others to know so nobody else gets scammed.
