Signed up once but they kept sending supplements for months

I ordered something from bioma.health one time and that was it. Next thing I know I'm getting these boxes of supplements in the mail every month. I had no idea what they were or why they were coming. There was no packing slip or any kind of paper inside the packages so I couldn't call anyone to ask about it.

Turns out they had me enrolled in three different subscription programs for medicines at $300 each. It took me 9 months to figure this out. I just kept getting these things and didn't know what to do. My daughter had to help me track down the company and finally cancel all of it. I lost $2700 total. They really go after older people who don't understand what's happening.

Bought a product that made me sick and they still sent another bottle

I bought a product from Bioma.Health in good faith. I let them know within a week of starting it that it was making me violently ill. They told me they do not take returned products. Then I got an email saying they shipped another bottle of the same stuff I said made me sick and did not want. Now they won't take that second bottle back either. I am out over $100.

Can't cancel my subscription and the product doesn't work

I got a message from bioma.health about a special deal to buy now and cancel anytime. So I paid $1 for it. The product doesn't do anything for my health, it just doesn't work. And you can't cancel anytime either. That part is a total lie.

When I tried to cancel, they said I have to subscribe for another full cycle first. Or I could pay more money to cancel right away. That's not "cancel anytime" at all.

I tried to email them at [email protected] with my concern. All I get back are canned email responses. There's no phone number to call. This company uses marketing deception and you can't even talk to a real person. It's a scam.
