Can't cancel my subscription and the product doesn't work

I got a message from bioma.health about a special deal to buy now and cancel anytime. So I paid $1 for it. The product doesn't do anything for my health, it just doesn't work. And you can't cancel anytime either. That part is a total lie.

When I tried to cancel, they said I have to subscribe for another full cycle first. Or I could pay more money to cancel right away. That's not "cancel anytime" at all.

I tried to email them at [email protected] with my concern. All I get back are canned email responses. There's no phone number to call. This company uses marketing deception and you can't even talk to a real person. It's a scam.
