Ordered from bioma.health.com and got no confirmation email

I ordered from this site bioma.health.com and I spent $315. I never got any confirmation email or anything. I tried to contact them but there is no way to reach anyone. The phone number they have is (669) 202-6722 but nobody picks up.

I feel like I just threw my money away. No reply to anything. The address they have is in San Jose, CA but I don't even know if that's real. I just want my money back or my order.
