They took my $990 and now no one will talk to me

I put in $990 with these people. They said they would invest it and turn it into $3500. That sounded good at first so I went along with it.

Then I asked to withdraw my money. A guy named Greg Neff told me no, it was not good to withdraw. So I waited and asked again later. This time he said I had to pay $500 just to take my own money out. Then he said the money got stuck in the blockchain or something. Now nobody is answering me at all. Their website is https://bitcapitalsltd.com/ and their email is [email protected]. The address they gave is 11B Main Street Way in Santa Rosa, CA. The phone number is (217) 551-9599. I just want my money back.
