Charged after deleting app and account before free trial ended

I signed up for Bitepal.app to try their weight loss thing. I made sure to delete the app and deactivate my account before the free trial was over. I even deleted the recurring payment online. Then I deleted the app itself. Now it doesn't even recognize I had an account. But they still charged me the subscription fee.

When I tried to get a refund they said no because it was over 48 hours since the purchase. They charged me on a Friday and it was Monday. They have my credit card info, my date of birth, my email, and my mailing address. I talked to their AI customer service and it told me misleading stuff, said I could still access my account until September. I can't even log in.

I called my credit card company and luckily they stopped any more payments. This app targets young people trying to lose weight and makes it hard to cancel. I saw their ads all over TikTok and Instagram and SnapChat.
