Crypto trading group on WhatsApp took $18,000 and won't let me withdraw

I got contacted through WhatsApp and Telegram from some people talking about crypto and options trading. They said they had signals and could make fast high profits. They sent me links to Bitruvix and some Apollo looking websites.

So I put in money, about $18,000 total in cryptocurrency. On their website it showed a big balance and profits like I was doing good. But when I tried to take money out it just failed every time. Then they said I made a trading mistake and lost $8,000 of my principal plus another $6,400 in profits they claimed I had. They told me I needed to send another $14,400 before I could trade or withdraw anything.

Then later they sent another message saying if I tried to withdraw before some agreement expired it would be a breach of contract and I would have to pay penalties and commissions first. I have screenshots of all the chats and the deposit records and the failed withdrawal attempts. Their phone number is (213) 829-1971 and the websites were bitruvix.cc and apolloex.org and bitruvix.xyz.
