Ordered vitamins in March, still nothing and no refund

I bought some vitamins from blackqueensupplements.com back on March 8th. It is now June 9th and I still don't have my product or my money back. They keep emailing me saying the product was shipped already and they can't give me a refund.

There is no product. They just keep talking in circles to avoid giving me my money. I have emailed them over 12 times now. Their email is [email protected]. I just want what I paid for or my $35.98 back.
