Paid for blackhorn powder with Zelle and never got a straight answer

I tried to buy blackhorn powder for hunting season. They said to pay with Zelle from my bank account so I did. That was 170 dollars. I have contacted them on their website chat a bunch of times and gave them all the info they asked for. All I get is nothing. No explanation at all. They just keep asking the same questions like did I pay for my order. I keep telling them yes but nothing happens.
