Sleep test ring gave wrong results and they still want payment

So Blackstone medical group sent me this ring for a sleep test. I wore it like they said but the results made no sense. It didn't pick up my sleep apnea at all, or my restless leg syndrome, or my sinus issues. The report was just way off.

My insurance told me it would be covered but now Blackstone is still trying to bill me for it. And on top of that they never gave any report to my doctor or to me. They didn't even say how much REM sleep I had. What am I even paying for?

The whole ring thing feels like a scam. I don't know what to do next.
