Ordered a dress, now they want me to send it to China for a return

I bought a dress from the Bleecker NY clothing website for $80. Their site states easy returns. When I needed to return it, I found out the item has to be sent back to China. I also have to pay customs fees, but they won't say how much until they receive it. Nowhere on the site does it show the item is from China.

It took several emails back and forth. They won't give a refund. They want me to re-order a different item, or they'll give a 10% discount. That's not the cost of a refund.

So now I have an $80 dress. If I return it to China, who knows what I'll have to pay for customs. There's also a USPS fee of between $20 to $40 dollars. This wasn't clear at all when I bought it.
