Person I met on a dating app took a loan and won't pay it back

I met someone on a dating site back in July 2024. By October, I loaned them money using my credit card because they said they needed to make a payment. They promised out loud they'd pay me back by November 2024.

They didn't pay anything for over a year. We went to court mediation and they volunteered to make monthly payments and even signed the agreement. They made the first payment and then just stopped. They wouldn't repay and started disputing things in court without giving any real documents to back it up. They didn't even show up to court or tell the court they weren't coming. A formal judgment was entered against them on February 19, 2026. I'm out over $1,150.
