Paid $1500 for blockchain service with no support or access

I bought this blockchain service because they said it came with ongoing support and access to certain resources. Sounded good so I paid the $1500.

After I sent the money, nothing. No support, no access to anything. I've reached out a bunch of times but nobody gets back to me. Just stuck with nothing for what I paid.

Their address they gave was 1700 Elm Ave, Comox, BC V9M 2G5, CAN but I don't even know if that's real. Hoping this complaint helps get this sorted out.
