Ordered sourdough starter kit but got charged twice and never received anything

I ordered option 2 from Bloom Cooking website for sourdough starter and artisan baking tools with access to recipes. The website front page was wonky like flashing, but other pages seemed ok. I ordered one, but was charged for 2.

I have never received anything except recipes sent to my email address. After a few weeks they started billing me again for the same thing resulting in 2 more charges. Fortunately my banks fraud alert contacted me and reversed those charges. But I still never got the items they were supposed to send, and I was charged for two.

The only way to contact Bloom Cooking was through a form on their website, which I filled out and sent. I have never received any response. I don't recommend people purchase from Bloom Cooking.
