Survey led to unauthorized PayPal payments

I did a survey online, and somehow ended up with PayPal monthly payments that I never authorized. The website was bloominto@co. I didn't buy anything. I didn't agree to anything like that. They took $39.95 out of my account.

I don't even know how they got my info from a survey. It just started showing up on my PayPal. I tried to stop it but I'm not sure what happened. This feels like a scam. I just want my money back.
