Charged $40 after taking a $1 memory test online

I took one of those memory tests on Instagram or Facebook, I don't remember which. It was supposed to cost $1.00. I never even got the results from it.

Later, I saw a charge from PAYPAL for $39.99. It was from them. I disputed the charge with PayPal, but they sided with the company. So I was out the $40 for nothing. The email for them was [email protected].
