Ordered from bloomzhemp.com and never got my product, they blamed USPS

Pretty straight forward, ordered their product online. I got a tracking number for usps. Tracking showed only a label was made for a week so they either lost it or flat out didn’t ship it which I think they didn’t ship it. I still haven’t received anything yet in the mail from this company. They refused to give me a refund until usps says it’s lost which was never going to happen because bloomz lost it or never shipped that’s why tracking never updated. I then said I’m reporting this to ScamPulse.com and got a refund overnight. Refund is still pending to my bank account. Support was awful and gave me 3 different excuses. They actually hung up when on a call. Do not buy anything from this site because they will try to keep the money and blame usps instead of actually fixing the problem and being honest.
