Ordered flowers and they claim delivery with no proof

I ordered from Blossm Flower Delivery and they said it was delivered but could not give me any proof. Just their word. I tried calling the number (877) 414-7903 and nobody answers or calls me back.

Then they emailed me from [email protected] saying after their investigation it was delivered. But it was not. So I am not getting a refund. After this I looked up the company online and saw a bunch of other complaints about them too.

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge for $128.69 but who knows if that will work or not. Their website is www.blossmflowerdelivery.com and address is Watsonville, CA 95076.
