Ordered a plant for a funeral but website said delivered when it wasn't

I ordered a plant to be delivered to Leesman Funeral home in Dupo, IL. The website said it was delivered but I called the family and the funeral home and both told me nothing was ever received.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling (877) 414-7903 but nobody got back to me. Lost $103.77 on this. Just wanted the plant to get there for the service.

Paid nearly $600 for dead flowers at my sister's funeral

I would give zero stars if possible. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE with flower delivery that I have EVER HAD. Paid a LOT of money for dead and dying flowers. The ONLY flowers at my sisters funeral with no bow. Wilted flowers.

Paid extra for a Sister ribbon and got no ribbon. The second spray was also terrible. Ordered it for my aunt and there was no Aunt ribbon that we paid extra for, just wilted flowers with no bow. These two sprays which we paid nearly $600 for were the only two in the funeral home with wilted flowers, no bows, far smaller than any of the others. Just DO NOT USE THIS SITE. HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING.

They refuse to refund. They MIGHT OFFER UP TO 30% refund but they are a complete SCAM COMPANY. We will now dispute with our credit card company. There are no "Do Overs" for funerals.

Ordered a plant basket but got one single plant DoorDashed

My husband bought a plant basket for me from this website blossomflowerdelivery.com. They claimed to be a flower and plant delivery service. But instead of sending what he paid for they just had one single plant DoorDashed to the house and took his money. We lost $110.00. The phone number on the site is (877) 689-4133. Feels like a total ripoff.

Ordered a spray of roses and lilies but got a vase of carnations instead

I ordered a spray with roses and lilies from blossomflowerdrlivery.com. They charged me $146.68 after a $20 coupon, so the original was $166.68. I also ordered a banner that said "beloved husband" on it. They confirmed the order but then delivered a vase of carnations. No banner, nothing like what I paid for.

I called them at (877) 414-7903 to complain. They offered me a 25% discount. I just wanted what I ordered, not some discount on something I never asked for. It feels like a total waste of money.

Ordered flowers and nothing showed up at the house

Searched online for flower delivery. Found this website. Ordered flowers and got a confirmation. Says delivery was made, but nothing showed up at the house. I paid 76.38 dollars. Tried calling the number (877) 414-7903 but no answer. Website is www.blossomflowerdelivery.com. Just feels off. Didn't get any proof of delivery or anything.

Ordered same-day flowers that were never delivered

I placed an order for same-day flower delivery through Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers were never delivered. I tried to contact them about it, but they don't answer their phone, their chat, or emails. No one ever got back to me.

I paid $84.98 for this order. After I started looking into it, I found out this seems to have happened to a lot of other people. It feels like this company needs to be shut down. I just want some help with this.

Ordered flowers online and never got them, lost $130

I placed an order for flowers on blossomflowerdelivery.com and paid $130. The charge went through on my card. I never received any flowers or a confirmation. I tried calling the number listed, (877) 414-7903, and emailed [email protected] but got no reply. The whole thing feels like a scam. My money is just gone.
