Paid for flowers that never arrived, no response from company

I placed an order for flowers from BlossomFlowerDelivery.com. The order number was 5548003, placed on 03/29/2026 for delivery on 04/01/2026. It was supposed to be hand-delivered.

I paid $97.09 for this order. The flowers never showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] to find out what happened, but I never got any response back. Nothing.

Ordered flowers online, got a scam instead

I ordered flowers from Blossomflowerdelivery.com. After I paid, I got an email and a text saying they had to substitute my order. I asked to see a photo of what they were sending instead. They never replied.

I tried to call the number. It was just a fake AI bot, no way to reach a real person. I texted back and then I looked up the number. It came up as a scam number on ScamPulse.com. They won't reply to any emails either.

I lost $104.98.
