Ordered glasses that don’t work and no way to return them

I ordered Blue Clarity Glasses for $39.99 plus shipping. They came. I tested them myself, my brother tested them, my neighbor tested them, and my friend tested them. They just do not work.

Now I can’t get any info on how to return them. I’m on a fixed income and I really need my money back. They said there’s a 30 day full refund guarantee and I’m still inside that window. No response from them at all. I guess I’m stuck with something I can’t use and out the money.
