Return policy changed after I tried to send glasses back
Anyway, they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee so I figured no big deal, I'll just send them back. But when I contacted them about the return, the story changed completely. Now they are telling me I have to pay the return postage myself, plus they want a 15% restocking fee. And on top of all that, they won't even guarantee that I'll get my money back. I paid almost 98 bucks for these.
It just doesn't make sense. The guarantee should mean something. I feel like I got tricked into buying them. Their email is [email protected] if anyone wants to try them, but I wouldn't bother.
Ordered glasses that don’t work and no way to return them
Now I can’t get any info on how to return them. I’m on a fixed income and I really need my money back. They said there’s a 30 day full refund guarantee and I’m still inside that window. No response from them at all. I guess I’m stuck with something I can’t use and out the money.
