Job offer from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska but something felt off

I got a message on Facebook from someone saying they were with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska. They offered me a remote job and it sounded legit at first. Then they sent an ATM check in the mail which I thought was weird.

I didn't cash it or anything because it just didn't feel right. I looked into it more and I think it's a scam. The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number was (865) 298-7400. I never lost any money but I wanted to report it.
