Had to pay extra fees to withdraw my winnings from a gaming site

I put money into the Blue Dragon gaming platform. When I tried to take my winnings out, they didn’t tell me I had to pay more money first. My winnings were released, but then I had to pay a fee on top of another fee. I told them their policies weren’t like that just a couple weeks ago. They said they updated their policies and I should check their site. Have they updated anything? I lost $150.
