Ordered two torches, only got one and still had to pay for both

I ordered two flame grill torches from Blue Flame Tools. I paid $219 through Affirm. One torch showed up three months later. The second one I never got at all.

Affirm took all the payments anyway. They told me I just have to accept that I won't get the second item I paid for. This is just another rip off.

Bought a torch that didn't work, company promised a refund but never sent it

I bought a torch from Blue Flame Tools and what they sent me was an inferior product. It didn't even work right out of the box. I contacted them by email, and someone named Sheila kept emailing me back. They promised me a replacement, then they promised a complete refund. But nothing ever happens after the promise.

I've kept all the emails from them if anyone needs to see them. They just string you along and never actually do what they say. I paid almost $70 for something that was broken and now I can't get my money back or a working product.
