Ordered two torches and a light but only got one torch

I placed an online order for two torches with a lifetime warranty and a magnetic light back in November 2025, during the holiday season. I emailed them for a follow up on 12/21, then again on 1/22, 2/23, 4/17, and 5/26. That last email bounced back as undeliverable.

I did receive one torch in mid-January. But when I asked about the rest of my order, they kept saying they were monitoring the transit. They would only give me the tracking number for the single torch I already got in January. I tried to be patient but after my latest email bounced back I realized my order was never going to come.

I get that they are a small business but I would have appreciated some transparency and a refund for the stuff they could not fulfill.

Ordered two items and never got them, now their email bounces back

I ordered 2 items from Blue Flame Tools and never received anything. Paid through Affirm so it was $219.42. I emailed them a bunch of times at [email protected] and they kept saying I would get a refund. But now the last email I sent just bounced back. So I guess they are gone or something. No items, no refund, nothing.

Ordered two torches, only got one and still had to pay for both

I ordered two flame grill torches from Blue Flame Tools. I paid $219 through Affirm. One torch showed up three months later. The second one I never got at all.

Affirm took all the payments anyway. They told me I just have to accept that I won't get the second item I paid for. This is just another rip off.

Bought a torch that didn't work, company promised a refund but never sent it

I bought a torch from Blue Flame Tools and what they sent me was an inferior product. It didn't even work right out of the box. I contacted them by email, and someone named Sheila kept emailing me back. They promised me a replacement, then they promised a complete refund. But nothing ever happens after the promise.

I've kept all the emails from them if anyone needs to see them. They just string you along and never actually do what they say. I paid almost $70 for something that was broken and now I can't get my money back or a working product.
