Ordered a jacket from Facebook ad and got nothing

Saw this Chinese company advertising on Facebook. It’s actually Blue Horizon Ventures co LTD, they claim to be Dutton Ranchwear out of Texas. So I bought a jacket. They said it got lost in transit, then they said they shipped a replacement. They gave me a tracking number through 17 Track that said it was delivered. But it wasn’t. Nobody left anything. No package. $67 just gone.
