Got a postcard about my mortgage saying to call right away

I got this blue postcard in the mail. It says it's an important notice about my current mortgage and that I need to call them about my loan. It says it's time sensitive and to please call 833-382-7312 as soon as possible.

I don't recognize this. I never signed up for anything from them. It felt off, so I looked it up and it seems like a scam. I didn't call the number. I just wanted to report this postcard they're sending out.
