Bought hearing aids that don't work at all, feel completely betrayed

I bought the 2 pair deal from blueease.com, one for me and one for my daughter. I can't remember the exact amount but it was around sixty dollars. They don't work at all. I can't even use them for watching TV.

I really thought these were truly real. I'm a complete fool. I feel so betrayed. I'm an elderly woman with no car and no help to get to my doctor's appointments. I was counting on these.
