Clicked a Blueland sale but checkout was in Chinese

I was looking for Blueland products and saw a site that was 70% off one day. So I clicked it. I order from them sometimes. When I got to the checkout page it was all in Chinese. Which is weird but I happen to know some Chinese and one of my library pages is in Chinese too and I can never figure out how to change it back to English. So I thought it was a mistake like that.

I put in my name, email, telephone, and credit card. Then it just spun and said "problem connecting to bank." That's when I guessed it was a mistake. I cancelled my credit card but I don't think it went through. I'm just worried if they will do anything with my information.
