Ordered from blymeskinsystems.com and they just keep saying they’ll look into it

I ordered something from their website on 4/27/26 and it still hasn’t processed. I emailed them on 5/16 at [email protected] and they got back to me on 5/18 saying they would look into it. So I waited.

Then I emailed again on 5/27 asking for a full credit since I hadn’t heard anything. They wrote back again saying they’d look into it. That’s all they ever say. So today 6/5 I emailed them again and demanded my full credit right now. I lost 119.90 dollars and nothing has happened.
