Ordered mop soap but got something else, then they charged me again

I saw this website Blyss Official, blyssofficial.com, and bought what was supposed to be concentrated mop soap. That is not what showed up at all. The product I got was horrible and completely wrong.

After that first order where I lost $140, they went and made another order with my card. They sent more of the same bad product without me asking. I can't even cancel my account or get my credit card info off their site. It's impossible.

Now I have to cancel my whole credit card because of them. This is so infuriating.

Ordered from a Facebook ad, charged twice, never got anything

I saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order. The money came out of my account right away. But I never got the item. I didn't sign up for any subscription, but then a month later they charged me again. I still haven't received the first order.

I got a shipping email saying a label was created, but when I try to track it, USPS says they never got the package. It's just stuck.

I tried calling the customer support number, (832) 850-1116. It's just a recording telling you to email them. So I emailed [email protected]. All I got back was a generic response. Nothing actually helpful.
