Charged my card for board opportunities but never got access

I got a text about board opportunities. They interviewed me over the phone and took my credit card info. Right after, they charged my card $490. The person I spoke to was David Terry from the email [email protected] and their site is Boardsi.com.

They never gave me access to my account. When I asked about it, they claimed they couldn’t email me. But they used my email address to schedule the interview in the first place. So that doesn’t make any sense. I never got the service they promised and I’m out the money.
