Paid $400 down on a Chevy truck and then they wanted more

I found a 1994 Chevy Silverado online and sent a guy named Bob Kenneth $400 as a down payment. He was supposed to deliver the truck on July 15th. I asked him before sending if that $400 covered delivery and he said yes no worries.

Right after he got the money he texted me saying I needed to pay another $499 for insurance before they could deliver. I told him just cancel it and send my $400 back. That's when he started making excuses and stopped answering his phone.

I sent the $400 through Cash App. I told him to request the money from me so Cash App has his identity on file—his phone number, name, email, home address, and bank info because you have to register all that. So there's a way to track him down through Cash App.
