Charity caller using different numbers with the same voice

Got a call from a number (307-343-0019) and the person said they were Bobbie Washington. Sounded like a charity thing. Then I noticed it was the same person calling from a different number later. Called the 206-866-7449 number back and a man answered but when I called again a woman picked up and I could hear him talking in the background. Felt strange. No company name given. Did not lose any money but it was confusing.
