Voicemail about a sweepstakes win with no real company name

They called my elderly father and left a voicemail. We didn’t answer. The message said something like “Hi, good to you, Dimitri. This is Bobby Benjamin from the Meghan Median State.”

It went on about a certified check he won in some sweepstakes for 2.500000 US dollars. The number to call back was 518-344-0828. They said to call about the prize and then said have a spectacular day.

It just felt off. No real company name, no details that made sense. Just a weird voicemail trying to get him to call back.
