Ordered a choking device twice and only got one item

I saw this product online that looked real and I thought it could maybe save someone’s life if they were choking. So I ordered the BOGO deal and they charged my debit card $60 on June 15th, 2026. I only got one item in the mail.

Then I went back on the site and ordered two more. They charged me $39.99 on June 30th, 2026. I still haven’t gotten anything from that second order. No tracking, no nothing. Tried looking around on the site but it doesn’t make sense. No company name on anything either.
