Ordered a hat over a month ago and still nothing

I ordered a hat from this company, Bohemian Plus, back on May 1, 2026. It is now June 10, 2026 and the product never arrived. The product was just a hat.

I tried several times to get them to fix it. They do respond but it makes no sense. They respond but there’s no action. So I called PayPal and I’m waiting on a decision. Next step will be contacting the bank.

I just want people not to use this company. I never got a refund or the product. They said they could not refund me because of processing difficulties. I automatically said I got scammed. Buyer beware.
