Getting harassing calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting these calls from 888-269-4978. They keep saying I applied for a loan with them, but I never did. I never applied for any loan. It's just constant harassment.

On a separate issue, I also lost $108 to a website called boisluxe.shop. The order never came. They used a phone number (719) 629-3405 and an email, [email protected]. The address they gave was 400 S Baldwin Ave Suite D5 in Arcadia, CA. Nothing ever showed up.
