Ordered a cashmere sweater and got a cheap fake instead

I ordered a cashmere sweater from Bomre.com. What showed up was just a cheap knock-off. I tried calling their customer service number, (888) 228-2964, but it always goes to voicemail. I left a bunch of messages and no one ever called me back.

I also emailed [email protected]. The first time, someone actually replied. They told me to send photos to "reopen" my case, even though I was still within the 30-day return window. I did exactly what they said and sent the pictures. After that, nothing. I never heard back.

It's been over a month now. I'm still waiting for any instructions on how to return this thing and get my $100 back. Total silence.
