Dress looked nothing like the picture and now they won’t give a refund

I ordered a dress off boohoo.com and it didn’t look anything like the picture in the ad. So I returned it like their instructions said. Now I’m trying to get my refund and they’re giving me the runaround.

They keep saying they can’t find any info with my order number or the tracking info from the return label. Also they claim they can’t find my email attached to the order. I sent it back weeks ago and I’m out $74. They have my money and the dress.

I called the number on their site (999) 999-9999 and emailed [email protected] but nobody helps. They’re in NJ, USA. Just want my money back.
