Book order paid for but never arrived and then threats

I saw this ad on Facebook for a book I really wanted. It looked legit so I went ahead and ordered it. That was a mistake. I paid $24.90 and right away I noticed I never got a confirmation email. That felt strange.

I tried contacting them through their website to ask about my order. I got one reply and then nothing. After waiting a while with no book, I filed a dispute with PayPal. The very next day I got an email from them threatening legal action if I didn't close the dispute. It was crazy. PayPal ended up siding with them anyway.

I still haven't gotten anything in the mail. So I've opened another dispute now. I just want my money back or the book. This whole thing has been a huge headache.

Ordered a book, got digital copy but physical never arrived

I ordered a physical copy of a book from them. They sent me a digital copy and said the physical one would ship ASAP. That was months ago and I still haven’t gotten the physical book.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. I lost $19.90 on this. Just wanted the actual book, not a digital file.
