Ordered a travel book but only got digital files I can't open

I ordered The Only Route 66 Travel plus 2 Bonuses from their website bookworldlibrary.com. Cost me $24.90. But all I got was some digital copies that I can't even access.

So I filed a claim with PayPal about it. Then the seller found out and emailed me from [email protected] saying I had to cancel my claim because my order was ready to ship. So I did what he said and cancelled it.

Now no tracking info like he promised. He won't reply to my emails at all. Nothing.
