Ordered a power washer on Facebook and never got it

I saw this ad on Facebook for a battery operated power washer for $79.95 with free shipping. Seemed like a good deal so I ordered it on May 8, 2026. They gave me an order number right away but that’s about it.

It’s now June 9, 2026 and I still don’t have the item. I’ve emailed them a bunch of times to ask when it’s shipping or just give me a refund. I keep getting the run around from someone named Irene R. She just says stuff but nothing happens. I emailed [email protected] and called the number they had but no real answer.

Their address is 2000 East Lamar Blvd St 600 in Arlington, TX. I just want the power washer or my money back.
