Paid for items from Bootbarn that were never delivered, no refund

I saw items for sale on the Bootbarn website and I paid $45 for them. The money came out of my account. They never delivered the items like they said they would. I tried to contact them for a refund using the email [email protected]. I haven't gotten any reply back. They have my money and I have nothing. It feels like a scam.
